I live in-between Athens and ATL. I may go to both shows if I get tickets. I’m still a fan after all these years.

If I lived a little closer I’d probably attend at least one of them. For me, just because an artist is no longer active, it doesn’t lessen my fandom.

According to this podcast with Scott McCaughey, there’s a decent chance of most of R.E.M. playing at this, though most definitely not a reunion!

A little bird told me the 40 Watt show will be officially announced soon. By “official,” I mean via their website. I realize it’s already been mentioned by other sources.

The 40 Watt show is on the Eventbrite site now. Sadly it’s requiring a code (which I very much do not have)….
