I posted this on Facebook and Instagram, but here it is here. The family and I went to New York City in November for Thomas’ art opening. It was going to be the first time Michael got to meet the kids as grown kids. He had met Eli when Eli was about 2, and Eli tried his best to destroy his studio.
It was great, and he and Patti and everyone were so kind. Patti made a point to walk with Ada around and get her thoughts on all the pieces. We ended up buying one of Thomas’ prints (Ada got first choice from Thomas, and picked the “rainbow one” behind her).
